As you know, TS08H MPX Safety Film Capacitor’s surface area is too small to mark too much information, so Suntan will adopt some abbreviation to mark on the surface. Let me tell you more details about the abbreviation.

It marks trademark “Suntan”, model series TS08H and the UL, VDE approval logo. 
“310V ~” means voltage rating, and “ ~ ” is alternating current circuit. 
40/105/56 is climatic category. “B” means passive flammability category.
In Class X2 Capacitor, 2 is the capacitor safety level (over voltage level) is two. 
The Capacitance value should convert to Code too. Such as 1uF will convert to Code 105
Capacitance Tolerance Code J = ± 5% , K = ± 10%, M = ± 20% . 
Suntan VDE certificate number is 40046769, and UL certificate number is E344971.
