Suntan TS08HT technical requirements are higher than other components. We continue to improve the quality to meet the change of  the flexible market. Today, we launched the boutique version of TS08HT, which is the upgraded type from TS08Z, but price is almost as same as before. TS08Z is the common Class X2 capacitors for For Capacitive Divider, but TS08HT is especially designed for working under harsh environments 85°C and high humidity conditions 85% with Capacitive Divider function. TS08HT is applicable in both Across-the-line EMI filtering and connection in series with the mains circuits.

The Temperature Humidity Bias (THB) Series -TS08HT meets a full complement of safety agency X2 Class approvals, including VDE & ENEC and UL. With these international safety approvals, in the event of a failure, X2 Class devices do not present an electrical shock hazard to users of the equipment.

The volume of the capacitor increases as the capacitance increases, the capacitance values in uF unit is rarely to see on the surface of the TS08H Class X2 EMI/RFI Film Capacitor. So you are supposed to convert the unit of capacitance. 

Capacitance common conversion formula is as follows for example,
101=100pF
102=1000pF=1nF=0.001uF
103=10000pF=10nF=0.01uF
104=100000pF=100nF=0.1uF
105=100nF=1uF
106=10uF
Capacitance tolerance: J = ± 5%, K = ± 10%, M = ± 20%

Suntan TS08H Radial MKP 310VAC X2 Safety Capacitor is very stable, time and temperature changes are small, so the input is not easily affected by environmental factors.

It should be noted that if TS08H MPX Safety Standard Capacitor is exposed to air for a long time will lead oxidation, welding performance attenuation. Therefore, pay attention to the storage conditions is necessary. Suntan TS08H X2 Metallized Polypropylene Film Capacitor is supposed to store in the original packaging, it can’t be placed in high temperature and high humidity environment. Storage conditions: Temperature: 35℃ MAX, Relative humidity: 60% MAX. It can store up to 1 year or even longer. But we suggest you to use the capacitors as long as you get them.
