Suntan Dissemination of Varistor Pitch Testing

Generally speaking, the capacitor pitch is the straight line distance from one lead to another. However, for varistor (Suntan TSV series), Y1/Y2 safety standard recognized capacitor (TS22), the pitch need to be specially tested because the lead is not symmetrical considering the capacitor body. We thought it was a common sense but obviously some of our customers did not think so. Anyway, for avoiding any future misunderstanding, here we confirm the correct testing way as below pictures showing, which is the industry standard applying to above mentioned capacitors.
