After the Mid-Autumn Festival, we’ll have the National Day holiday next Monday.

Our National Day was set up to commemorate the founding date of the People’s Republic of China - October 1st, 1949.
It is interesting that the National Day in ancient China is only to celebrate the Emperor’s birthday and the date he ascended the throne.

And it’s one of the longest holidays in China. Most of the Chinese people will have 7 days off for it, which makes it also been called as the “Golden Week”.

Suntan sales will only take one day off on October 1st, then get back to normal work the next day.
But kindly notice that our factory staffs will still have a vacation for 7 days. That might affect lead time a bit.
So, if you have any order plans lately, please contact us and place them asap. Thank you!

On June 18th, we had a one-day holiday for the Dragon Boat Festival which is one of the 4 traditional Chinese folk festivals. This festival is originated in the ancient China and in the year of 2006, it became the first Chinese national holiday to be declared as a world intangible cultural heritage. 

Nowadays, in every fifth day of the fifth lunar month, we’ll have the Dragon Boat races and eat glutinous rice dumplings to commemorate a national hero Qu Yuan. There is also different custom in different regions of China, such as drinking realgar wine or flying kites, etc. in some places.

Buddha’s birthday is coming, do you know what is Buddha’s birthday? Let me introduce to you. Buddha’s birthday is a traditionally holidays celebrated in most of East Asia to commemorate the birth of the Buddha. In China, Hong Kong, and Korea, we celebrated on the eighth day of the fourth month in the Chinese lunar calendar. In Hong Kong, people will go temple to pay their respects and lanterns are light to symbolize the Buddha’s enlightenment. 

In Hong Kong, Buddha's birthday is a public holiday, so Suntan sales office will close on 22th, May,2018. Your e-mail will be check after we return back to work on 23th, May. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
