Buddha’s birthday is a traditionally holidays celebrated in most of East Asia to commemorate the birth of the Buddha. In China, Hong Kong, and Korea, we celebrated on the eighth day of the fourth month in the Chinese lunar calendar. In Hong Kong, people will go temple to pay their respects and lanterns are light to symbolize the Buddha’s enlightenment.
